Shipping & Delivery
We choose the free shipping service based upon a number of factors including: timeliness, cost, product weight, product dimensions & location. Typically your item will arrive in 2-4 business days within the Continental United States. Expedited shipping options will be available should you need your item(s) faster. Source One Auto Parts will ship anywhere in the United States and to most international countries. All items are shipped via FedEx, USPS or Freight. Local pickup is also available upon request.
Privacy & Security

Source One Auto Parts is committed to protecting your privacy. We respect our customers and their information. We do not “telemarket” nor do we sell or rent customer information.
To make your experience on our site more convenient we do gather some information from you. We maintain the privacy of your information using security technologies and adhere to policies that prevent unauthorized use of your personal information. To process, fulfill and send you tracking information about your order, we do need to collect some information from you. We need to know your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. When you place an order we offer the use of a secure server. The Secure Server Software (SSL) encrypts all of your personal information before it is sent to us to prevent unauthorized access to your information. All of the data we collect is protected from unauthorized use.

We do not sell, distribute, or otherwise disclose any of your information to third parties. We may, from time to time, send you emails regarding Special Offers or New Product Updates. Returns & Replacements

RETURNS
Our goal is to have every customer get what they ordered as described in the listing the first time every time, but in the event there is a problem we offer a very flexible return policy here at Source One Auto Parts. We accept returns and exchanges for damaged, defective, and incorrect (by fault of customer or Source One) merchandise. All damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise must be reported to Source One within 30 days of receipt.
All returns must be authorized by Source One Auto Parts. To request authorization, contact us via email at ([email protected]) or by calling 269-343-3323. Source One will issue a full refund (including shipping), or will exchange the item within 10 days (much less in most cases) upon receipt of defective product.

RETURNS/REFUND
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returned merchandise of up to 20% of the item amount. This would include refunds due to customer mistake or changing mind after shipping, on items with free shipping. If you purchased an item with expedited shipping, your refund will be for the amount of the item(s) only. Writing the order number (located near the top of the packing slip) on the exterior of the package being returned will help us identify the order, and get the refund/exchange processed more quickly, so that is appreciated and helpful to you, the buyer, as well.
Incorrect merchandise must be returned in the same condition that it was received. If the condition of a part has been altered from the way it was received, we will not be able to issue a refund. This includes alterations or damages incurred attempting installation, noticeable markings from being mounted, programming of items that require a VIN to be tagged to them, etc.
Refunds will be given in the same form of payment used to make the original purchase, and will be processed by the following business day from when we receive the returned merchandise. If payment is made via PayPal, it will be refunded to PayPal, but you may need to transfer the funds back to the original source (bank account, credit card, etc.) once the balance is returned to your PayPal account. All returns must be authorized by Source One Auto Parts.

EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange damaged, defective, or incorrect (by fault of Source One Auto Parts) merchandise, and we will cover any associated shipping costs. Incorrect merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received. We may request pictures of any damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise before we will authorize a return. We will ship your replacement upon receiving your returned merchandise.
It is important you make sure the item is fully inspected for damage/defects prior to installation. Please report any damage or defects to us as soon as possible, as we are unable to cover any installation or associated costs. Any items deemed defective will be exchanged depending upon availability. If the item is no longer available a refund or credit will be issued for the defective part.
The shipping service used to send replacement parts will be determined at the discretion of Source One Auto Parts.

EXCEPTIONS
If you ordered an item in error and would like to return it, please contact us. We may authorize the return, but we will not pay the return shipping and will only refund the cost of the item. The merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received. Your refund will be processed once we receive the item.
We are not responsible for any returned merchandise lost or damaged by the carrier while in transit so please make sure to get tracking information and proof of delivery for items you return on your own. Insurance is recommended, but not required. UPS automatically insures up to $100, so it is in your best interest to insure if the value exceeds $100. USPS does not have a standard insurance amount that covers packages. If you do not insure the package and it is lost or damaged, we will not be able to complete the returns process or issue a refund.
We reserve the right to grant exceptions, inclusions, or exclusions to the above stated rules on a case by case basis.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Source One Auto Parts shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.
