Question: What does "Original Equipment, Never Installed, 0 Mile" mean?
Answer: An Original Equipment part or "OEM" part indicates a part that was manufactured by the same manufacturer as the part that originally came on your car or, in other words, it is not aftermarket. It is the same unit you would receive from a Dealership. Never Installed and 0 Mile simply mean that the part has never been used or installed on/in an assembly. It is a brand new part, however, most of our parts do not include original packaging.
 
Question: What does "New Take Off" or "NTO" mean?
Answer: Some of the parts we receive are assembled for installation in a new vehicle. When a complete assembly is less desirable than some of the components within it we take the assembly apart and sell individual components. This does not mean the part is "used" or of any lesser quality. We are simply making you aware that there may be marks present where a bolt once was attaching it to the assembly.

Question: Does this part come with a warranty or can I purchase a warranty?
Answer: Due to the way we purchase our parts we are not able to offer any kind of warranty. We do, however, guarantee all of parts to be in the condition noted on the "Item Description" tab on the product page. All damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise must be reported to Source One within 14 days of receipt. We do not sell "knock off" parts. We sell NEW and "New Take Off"* parts made by the Original Equipment Manufacturers. We accept returns on all of our parts unless they have been installed and/or used**. **Due to regulations and safety issues, we are not able to accept returns on hazmat shipping items, such as air bags and pre-tensioner seat belts.
 
Question: How much is shipping and handling?
Answer: We do not charge for handling or packaging. Nearly all of our items are "Free Shipping", however, if you have found a part that shipping is not included please use the shipping estimator to see the rates.
