When selecting a "Free Ship" option Source One Auto Parts will ship using our service of choice not, necessarily the service mentioned as free. We choose the shipping service based upon a number of factors including: timeliness, cost, product weight, product dimensions & location. Source One Auto Parts will ship anywhere in the United States and to most international countries. All items are shipped via UPS, USPS or Freight. Local pickup is also available upon request.

We are happy to ship to our customers in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Many items will incur higher shipping costs to those locations and will not qualify for "free shipping". If your order will be shipping to one of these locations, please request a shipping estimate prior to completing your purchase.

 

Orders will be shipped the same business day upon receipt of payment (payment must be received by 2:00pm EST). If payment is received after 2:00pm EST, items will be shipped the following business day. Shipping times vary by location.

FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes. Please include a physical address for all orders that include an item larger than 1 pound.  International shipping rates are determined based on package content, size, and shape, the distance it is traveling, and the number of packages. Rates are calculated based upon the online discounted USPS pricing. We do not add on any sort of materials or handling charges, so your cost will be only what we get charged. Freight items typically require additional handling, and will leave within 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment. To qualify for our free shipping within the Continental U.S. delivery will need to be made to a commercial business address or be picked up at a local freight terminal. There are additional surcharges for residential delivery which vary depending upon the carrier used and the location of the delivery. If residential freight delivery is required, please contact us prior to purchase to inquire about what additional charges may result. These charges can be avoided by picking the item up at the freight terminal, so please inquire as well if you're interested in that option.
